girlfriends, but looking back, I wouldnt class any of them as proper
relationships. Now however, theres a new girl Im friends with at Uniand I think
I might be finally experiencing this interesting thing called...love. She isnt
the most attractive girl in the world, but I lover her personality, I'm
experiencing jealousy when other guys are around her, and strangest of all, I
can't live by my "worst she can do is say no" policy anymore, cos I
know that if she did say no, I wouldnt be able to just shrug it off like I have
done in the past.
Now I dont have a clue what to do, on one hand, I really really really want to
ask her out, but Im scared to the point of feeling sick that she'll say no, and
I know that if she does, I will take it verry differently from other rejections
in the past.
Its up to you what you make of this post, |I just needed to vent my thoughts a
little bit, feel free to ignore it, or give me a kick up the ass by telling me
what Im supposed to do. I think I already know the answer to that though....but
I cant bring myself to do it.... :S
I...dont watch anime anymore, I just realised I havent watched any in days, and
i havent once missed it, and what's worse, is now I've realised I havent watched
any, I still dont want to watch any.

"Smile" or know of somewhere where I could get a scan for it? I've
been looking for ages and cant find one.

I enjoy Girls Bravo more than DearS. I dont like the whole slave thing in DearS
and it seems to have ripped some things off from chobits. At first, it seemed
like a rival to chobits, but as the series progressed I dont think it even
matches it, yet alone rivals it.
As for Girls Bravo, I enjoy it more because I just like Miharu....but it
certainly wouldnt rank in any list of favourite anime because I've seen it all
before in a million other series.
I'm in the UK and if you go into any chinese or japanese restaraunt around here
you would be completely expected to use chopsticks. At home I'm more likley to
use a knife and fork, even though we do have chopsticks.
I'm sick of the elitest attitude that alot of people bring to the anime scene,
it's like youre trying to shun the word "cartoon" because you believe
it is below you, and because you watch "anime" it makes you superior
to those who watch "cartoons".
And please cut the crap about anime being more cohesive and serious. Id say an
episode of Spongebob Squarepants has more cohesion and seriousness than an
episode of Excel Saga.
All you have to remember is anime is made by adults in the first place. And if
it is "wrong" for adults to watch it, it must be an utter disgrace for
them to make it!
At the end of the day, as an adult, you can choose what you want to watch, and
there is certainly no maximum age limit. Hell, there is anime out over here with
an 18 or over certificate, like Perfect Blue. Is it wrong for over 21s to like
this too?!?

usually just grin abd bare it. But what I've just experienced has not only
annoyed me and saddened me, but also made me feel very uncomfortable, and
question whether I should leave this place.
It started yesterday when the usual quiz was going on, I jokingly made a comment
about one of sammo's answers, which 9 times out of 10 wouldve been taken that
way, but he took it differently, which I'm now happy to accept. We had a bit of
an argument, usual irc banter exchanged both ways, then I made a few more jokes
about me loving sammo, just to try and lighten the mood, and the everything sort
of fizzeled out. I presumed it was over...
Anyway today I come in, and everything is normal, then when FallenAngel decides
to leave I make a joking comment about "Good riddance" while he was
still in the channel. I've done it before in other channels, and everybody had a
good old "lol" about it. Anyway I quickly followed it up saying Im
only joking and "im missing you already", just in case it was
misunderstood. Nevertheless sammo quickly kicked me, I rejoined only to get
banned. I ask for a reason why he did it, and dont get one. |osiris| unbans me
after I PM him, and sammo is apparently warned.
I tell sammo I dont want to argue, but I just want to know what his problem is
with me, so it can be sorted out. He tells me to stop whining or he'll kick me
again. I was however, given a reason by others, and apparently he did it because
he thinks I'm gay and he doesn't like homosexual people.
I admit, I was probably wrong to crack those jokes, and I shouldnt presume that
people will take them right way. But at the same time I don't appreciate being
banned by somebody because of a personal issue with me which they are unwilling
to discuss and resolve, or because they're homophobic (I'm not actually gay by
the way, but I still cant stand that sort of attitude).
Basically I feel very uncomfortable both here and in the chatroom now, because
of some spontaneous over-harsh opping over an issue which could've been resolved
so much more simply and peacefully. Sorry for the rant, but if I don't get these
things off my chest I just get more wound up.
The whole tentacles thing is a big stereotype created and believed by hentai
haters. I've never played a hentai game feature tentacles, and the only series
I've seen with tentacles is La Blue Girl, which also happens to be one of the
worst series out there, with dire animation and a stupid story.
99% of hentai I've seen involves normal sex.
Personally, I like the fact that people read it and get inspiration and learn
things from the bible, or any other holy book, but as I'm not a reglious guy in
any way I'll have to say that no I don't read it.

fully-grown adults, so its entirely possible to still like it when youre older.

It was obvious just from the dvd box what the end of the story was going to be,
and I guess it wouldve been nice if the story wasnt as predictable as it was.
But instead it just looked like alot of pointless filler,.
